Yoga and mindfulness offer great psychological benefits for children, so our children participate in structured yoga sessions once a week. Research has already shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem and behaviour and even reduce children's anxiety and stress. Further benefits include strengthening physical development as they learn how to balance. By conducting the poses, the children use their muscles, making them aware of their function and how the body works.
