Community values
Here at The Villages Preschool, we have a strong community ethos.
If Covid has taught us anything, it's that we don't want to live in isolation; we are social beings who belong together.
At The Villages preschool, we join together with our local schools, churches, village hall, and community groups and with our
families, their extended families and friends. We learn how to all work together in a community.
We support and raise money for our local food bank, children in need, and guide dogs for the blind, and we run a weekly children’s clothes swap shop. We encourage
our children to see their role in the bigger picture and to know their views count. We want them to value each other’s views and talk about their feelings, and show kindness towards one another, we
want to teach them to care.
